I love that my hair sets me apart in a crowd, it makes me feel feminine and fierce at the same time and I love being able to play with the vibrancy of my auburn tone without sacrificing integrity or overall health.
What do you love the most about working with other people's hair?
I love seeing them smile and the confidence my guests exude makes my heart happy!
Do you love to travel? If yes, where is the most interesting place you have visited or the furthest you have gone?
I LOVE TO TRAVEL!! The furthest place is to Africa and honestly, that was one of the most interesting places along with Barcelona and Paris.

Tina Herod Bio
Working in the industry since 2001, Tina Herod has established herself as a highly accomplished hair color artist and extension specialist who considers hair an artistic expression of personal beauty. She returned to Austin after living in New York City and traveling to London, where she has attended countless classes and advanced training in the art of hair painting. In order to spread her wealth of knowledge of the hair industry, Tina became an Aveda color educator for 10 years.
In addition to being the recipient of Aveda’s prestigious “Hair Color Artist of the Year” award, Herod has trained with some of the industry's most influential educators such as David Adams, John Raymen, Ted Gibson, and Trevor Sorbie, just to name a few. From editors and executives to models and actresses, clients love Tina’s color for it’s chic and complimentary wearability.
